Lindsay Kelley

Hello! My family and I just recently moved back to Chico and I’m so excited to be part of the TK team at CCDS! I love working with the little learners and watching how much growth happens in a year. My background is in early childhood. I studied child development at CSU Chico and early childhood special education in Lincoln, Nebraska. I have taught both preschool and kindergarten, and for the past five years I have been so lucky to stay home with my daughter who has just started kindergarten this year!

Outside of school I love spending time with my family. We like to travel, spend time at the beach, swim, and go on walks in Bidwell forest. Most recently, my daughter and I went on a Disney Cruise and we got to meet Mickey, Minnie, and all the princesses, it was a memorable adventure. I’m looking forward to a wonderful year of learning with Miss Nye’s Butterflies!
