Jamie Beauchane

I have grown-up and lived most of my life in Chico, and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else!  After high school (go Vikings!) I moved to Seattle to experience life in the “big city”; however, I wasn’t there for too long before Chico – and family – called me back home.  Upon my return, I took a position working as a law clerk in a local attorney’s office.  I later became an office manager for a large medical software development company.

Then, my dream job came along: being “mom” to my two amazing kids. As a mom, you wear many hats and fill many roles. Of these various positions, one of my favorites was time spent at my children’s school: working in the classroom, running the school lunch program, and organizing fundraising events.  I think fondly upon my time with all the kids and getting to watch that entire student body grow up before my eyes.

I want to bring to CCDS that same energy and joy I found working at Notre Dame.  Watching kids of all ages develop into young citizens always makes me smile.  I am so excited to be joining the CCDS family, where every day seems like an episode of “America’s Got Talent!” – what amazing gift will your child be sharing today?  I can’t wait to find out!
