Heather Bettencourt

I am excited to begin another year at CCDS! I earned by BA in psychology in 2003 and then taught preschool. I went back to college in 2020 to earn my Education Specialist and Multiple Subject credentials. This is my second year in 2nd grade.

My favorite teacher was my high school biology teacher, Mrs Hassey. She was tough and pushed us to our limits but I learned so much and found new passions for both science and biology. She taught me to work and study hard and with intention and that I could do difficult things.

I’m looking forward to another school year with my amazing 2nd grade team!
