The application window for the 2025-26 school year is now open. Applications are due by midnight on February 28, 2025. Use the buttons below to submit your application and sign up for upcoming enrollment events.
KEY DATES:
Nov 18, 2024: Application Window Opens
February 28, 2025: Application Window Closes at Midnight
March 3, 2025: Random Selection Takes Place
Please note, your enrollment application is always welcome, even after the application window closes and the random selection takes place. Applications received after 2/28/25 will be added to our waiting list.

The Application Process
CCDS endeavors to accommodate all students who apply for admission; however, because applications for admission exceed the number of spaces available, CCDS uses a computerized random selection process to determine admission status and the waiting list. Spaces are allocated to form a student body that reflects the demographics of the region in which the school is located.
CCDS conducts our admissions process through School Mint. Click the Apply Now button above to get started. You can also download the School Mint app available at the Apple Store / iOS or Google Play / Android.
Please note, CCDS cannot meet and discuss applicants who are on the waiting list. If you have a child on the waiting list, please know that you will be contacted if your child is selected. Your waitlist number will be available to view in your School Mint account. You can log in to School Mint at any time to view any updates to your child's position on our waitlist.
Program Age Eligibility
- TK Applicants: All children who have their fourth birthday by September 1 of the school year, or born between September 2, 2020 and September 1, 2021 (EC Section 48000[a]). We do not make exceptions to this rule.
- Kindergarten Applicants: All children who turn five on or before September 1 of the school year (EC Section 48000[a]). We do not make exceptions to this rule.
